Delray Beach Mansion Sells at Palm Beach Price

A newly-built oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach sold this month for $19 million to a trust just days after completion. The notice of termination of construction at 901 S. Ocean Blvd. was signed Feb. 4, followed by the $19 million deed six days later. Douglas Elliman Real Estate agents Nicholas Malinosky and Randy Ely listed the 12,000-square-foot home, which was built by Mark Timothy Homes and designed by Affinity Architects and Marc Michaels interiors.
